ONGOING COSTS: against your gross sales, there are only two ongoing costs:
- 15%-20% commission for sales/technician/manager - this is to provide an incentive to your people for continual sales and proper application.
(You determine the amount and bonuses for your people. We'll use 15%) - 5-10% of sales for supplies
